Graham loves Italy; the food, trekking through the countryside and mountains and he is currently attempting to learn the language. When not indulging in his Italian passion, his other main love is extreme running, including fell running and Ultramarathons, which consist of running for over 10 hours and 100km through the mountains!

Favourite quote?

“On the plains of hesitation lie the blackened bones of countless millions who at the dawn of victory lay down to rest, and in resting died”

After running for 10 hours this keeps you going!
