Taking the hassle out of managing your auto-enrolment and Re-enrolment requirements
The change to the law on Workplace Pensions in recent years now affects all businesses, even with only one employee, and for many larger businesses, they are facing their re-enrolment staging date. We can provide support and advice on Workplace Pension through our regulated Financial Service team, and also provide auto-enrolment pension services across Lincolnshire.
There is a significant administrative burden around setting up and then administering a Workplace Pension, not least the managing of eligible staff, opting-in and opting-out new and newly eligible staff. Let the experienced team at Blow Abbott help with our extensive range of payroll services.
What is included in our auto-enrolment pension services?
We can support your Auto Enrolment whether we have helped you set up a Workplace Pension or you already have a provider in place. In summary the services we cover include:
Auto-Enrolment Pension Services
Ensure you are compliant with the Pensions Regulator
Add new workers to the scheme
Postpone workers (often new starters are on a 3 month probation and we can postpone pension contributions for new employees for 3 months if required)
Input monthly contributions
Manage communications (this may vary depending on Pension Provider)
Manage the re-enrolment of workers (every 3 years all workers have to be re-enrolled even if they originally opted-out)
